The National Weather Service in Jackson has issued a



* Tornado Warning for...

  Franklin County in southwestern Mississippi...

  Southeastern Adams County in southwestern Mississippi...



* Until 715 PM CDT.



* At 612 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado

  was located 7 miles southeast of Deer Park, or 17 miles south of

  Vidalia, moving east at 50 mph.



  HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.



  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.



  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 

           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 

           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 

           damage is likely.

  Garden City around 630 PM CDT.

  Meadville around 650 PM CDT.
