            Started before 6AM with heavy wet flakes. 

            Turned into Freezing rain in the afternoon 

            for a 10-20 minutes before ending around 

            2pm. Power is out.

            Started before they woke up with about 4 

            inches of heavy wet snow. Transitioned to 

            rain and then back to dry snow with an 

            additional 5 inches Dry snow before ending 

            this afternoon. Power went out for about an 

            hour at 9-10AM.
