            Reports from Emergency Management and social

            media of multiple power poles snapped in

            South Pittsburg. Additionally a large

            portion of a roofing membrane was peeled off

            of a wing of a retirement apartment complex

            and strewn across the ground intact. This

            subsequently resulted in water entering the

            building from the roof, and residents being

            relocated.
