            Broadcast media reported high surf and 

            coastal flooding at PR-102 (Guanajibo Blvd.) 

            near and at the mouth of the Guanajibo River 

            at the border between Mayaguez and Cabo 

            Rojo. Photos and videos showed waves 

            breaking over the shoreline and reaching 

            PR-102 (Guanajibo Blvd.), leaving debris 

            (including small to large tree branches) 

            over the street. Emergency managers 

            confirmed that they are on the scene 

            performing debris clean up.
