            A member of the public reported severe 

            flooding within the Brooks Landing 

            neighborhood off of East Jay Jay Road in 

            Titusville. Water reportedly was starting to 

            reach house lines and even began entering 

            the front door of the home of the person 

            reporting the flooding. Estimated rainfall 

            totals in this area range from 11 to 12 

            inches.
