RECORD FOR MARCH...



The high temperature on Saturday at Ponca City Oklahoma was 97

degrees. This breaks the high temperature record for the month of 

March at Ponca City. The previous record was 95 degrees on March 20, 

2026. Before this, the previous record was 92 on March 11, 1967. 

Temperature records for Ponca City date back to 1948.



The high temperature on both Friday and Saturday at Hobart Oklahoma 

was 99 degrees. This breaks the high temperature record for the 

month of March at Hobart. The previous record was 96 on March 31, 

1940 and March 21, 1916. Temperature records for Hobart date back to 

1910.



The high temperature on Friday at Clinton-Sherman Airport near Burns 

Flat Oklahoma was 97 degrees. This breaks the high temperature 

records for the month of March at Clinton-Sherman. The previous 

record was 94 set on March 20, 2017. Temperature records at Clinton 

date back to 1945.
