Area Near Edinburg in Hidalgo County Texas...



The National Weather Service office in Brownsville TX will

conduct a storm survey around this morning for the area near

Edinburg in Hidalgo County Texas. The survey is in relation to 

the severe thunderstorms that moved through the area on May 7.



A final assessment including results of the survey are expected

to be completed and transmitted via a Public Information

Statement by later this afternoon.



The storm survey information will also be available on our
