SPOT APPLICATION MAINTENANCE AND FAILOVER TO COLLEGE PARK ON

Starting at 1600Z Mon 15 December 2025, NCO will deploy a new

release and upgrade to the database version of the SPOT

application, followed by a failover from BLDR to CPRK afterwards.

 A SPOT application outage of up to 30 minutes is expected during

the maintenance/failover work.
