...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM APPROACHING THE WATERS...



The areas affected include...

Lake Michigan nearshore and open waters to mid lake from Sheboygan WI

to Port Washington WI...



At 718 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable

of producing winds to around 30 knots. This thunderstorm was located 

over Oostburg, or near Sheboygan, moving southeast at 30 knots. 

Additional storms are expected to develop south toward Port 

Washington through 8 PM CDT. 



Locations impacted include...

Sheboygan and Port Washington.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher

waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor

immediately until this storm passes.
