  Waters from Bonita Beach to Englewood FL out 20 to 60 NM...



At 618 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable 

of producing winds to around 30 knots. The thunderstorms were 

located 31 nm southwest of Gasparilla Island to about 10 

miles west of Gasparilla Island, moving east at 20 knots.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher

waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor

immediately until this storm passes.
