The areas affected include...

  Waters from Fernandina Beach to St. Augustine FL from 20 to 60 

  NM...



At 1257 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a shower, capable of

producing winds to around 30 knots. This shower was located 45 nm

east of Jacksonville Beach, or 49 nm northeast of Saint Augustine,

moving north at 15 knots.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher

waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor

immediately until this storm passes.
