At 541 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots and small hail. This thunderstorm was located 12 nm east of Amelia City, or 33 nm south of St. Simons Island, moving east at 15 knots. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
