* At 542 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, 

  capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This strong 

  thunderstorm was located near D R H Buoy, and is stationary.



Locations impacted include...

  D R H Buoy, John Bird, Tug Rio Caroni and A L T Buoy.
