* At 342 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, 

  capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This strong 

  thunderstorm was located near A L T Buoy, moving northeast at 5 

  knots.



Locations impacted include...

  D R H Buoy, John Bird, Tug Rio Caroni, Grays Reef Buoy, Sapelo 

  Buoy S and A L T Buoy.
