  Waters from South Santee River SC to Savannah GA out 20 NM...



At 738 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 8 NM southeast of 

Capers Reef, moving southeast at 30 knots.



HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and

         suddenly higher waves.

  Joe Shuford Reef, Charleston Sixty, Capers Reef, Lowcountry 

  Anglers, Bull Breakers, Kiawah Reef, Jimmy Leland Tug, N. Edisto 

  Nearshore Reef, Edisto Sixty Reef and Edisto Forty Reef.
