At 159 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable

of producing winds to around 30 knots. These thunderstorms were

located along a line extending from near Herod Point to 32 nm

southwest of Buoy 44017, moving northeast at 30 knots.

  Great Peconic Bay and Shinnecock Bay around 210 PM EDT.

  Shelter Island Sound around 230 PM EDT.
