At 943 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable

of producing winds to around 30 knots. This thunderstorm was located

19 nm northeast of Buoy 44025, moving north at 30 knots.

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
