Northwesterly winds will gust to 20 knots for an hour or two on 

the Chesapeake Bay and the lower tidal Potomac, Patapsco, and 

Patuxent Rivers. Mariners, especially those in small craft, should

use caution and be prepared for locally higher winds and waves.
