  The Saint Lawrence River from Cape Vincent to Alexandria Bay...



At 503 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Wellesley

Island, moving southeast at 15 knots.



HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots and small hail.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 

         suddenly higher waves.



Locations impacted include...

Wellesley Island, Clayton, and Cape Vincent.

Move to safe harbor until hazardous weather passes.
