At 338 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable

of producing winds to around 30 knots. This thunderstorm was located

over Fishermans Island, moving east northeast at 25 knots.

  Fishermans Island, Anglo African Wreck, Cape Charles Light, and 

  Kiptopeke Concrete Ships around 345 PM EDT.

  Ship Shoal Inlet around 400 PM EDT.
