Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest

1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of

the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.



.SYNOPSIS...A 30.4 inch high over James Bay will build across Lake 

Ontario through Friday. The high will weaken as it slides southward 

into the lower Ohio Valley Saturday as a 29.8 inch low moves up the 

New England coastline. A 30.5 inch high will then move across the 

Great Lakes region Sunday through Sunday night. The high will remain 

off the east coast Monday.
