Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest

1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of

the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.



.SYNOPSIS...A broad area of high pressure averaging 30.1 inches will 

build from the Ohio Valley today to off the Mid Atlantic coast by 

Friday night. A 29.5 inch low will then move from the upper Great 

Lakes Saturday to central Quebec Sunday before weakening over 

northern Quebec Monday. A 30.3 inch high is then forecast to build 

from northwest Ontario province Monday to the central Great Lakes 

Tuesday.
