.Synopsis for the far Southern California coast...

At 12 PM, a 1025 mb high was 250 nautical miles west of San

Francisco and a 1013 mb low was over Needles, CA. Patchy fog will

occur by Saturday morning, locally near 1 mile visibility. Winds

will increase across the region by Monday and Tuesday with a

moderate to high chance of seeing winds reach Small Craft

conditions.
