.Synopsis for the far Southern CA coast... 

At 1 PM, a 1029 mb high was 350 nautical miles west of Seattle 

and a 1010 mb low was over the Four Corners. Steady onshore flow 

will continue through Thursday, with intermittent stronger gusts 

near 20 knots primarily in the outer coastal waters. Weaker 

onshore flow is expected from Friday to Sunday, with a coastal 

eddy circulating mainly during the nights and mornings.
