.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A cold front will continue to

move S through the central and southern waters today, then exit S

of the area tonight. A trough will form along the California

coast tonight, then persist through Fri night. High pressure will

build into the NW waters today, then remain through Fri night. A

cold front will move into the northern waters Fri night. The

NAVTEX transmitter in Cambria is partially degraded at this time.

Technicians are aware, and are working on a resolution.
