.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A cold front will move into he

southern waters tonight before dissipating Mon. A trough will

form along the California coast tonight, then persist through Fri

night. High pressure will build into the NW waters tonight and

Mon, then remain through Fri night. A cold front will move into

the northern waters Fri night. The NAVTEX transmitter in Cambria

is partially degraded at this time. Technicians are aware, and

are working on a resolution.
