.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...High pressure to the W of the

waters will remain nearly stationary through tonight before

rebuilding E over the waters Fri into Sat. A low pressure trough

over California will persist into Sat night, then slowly

strengthen Sun and Sun night. A dissipating cold front will move

into the far NW waters Sat night into Sun. A high pressure ridge

will build NW of the region Sun into Tue night while a low

pressure trough remains in place along the coast.
