.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...High pressure will

build over the region tonight into Sat. A weak warm front will

lift N across the northern waters Fri and Fri night. A weak cold

front will move E over the area Sat, then dissipate Sat night. A

high pressure ridge will build just W of the region Sun and Sun

night, then slowly slide E into the area Mon into Tue night as a

low pressure trough expands N along the Oregon coast and a second

low pressure trough develops over Vancouver Island.
