.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will build E into the waters tonight

and Thu, shift to a position along the Washington and Oregon

coasts Thu night into Sun, then expand N across the region Sun

night into Mon night. A weakening cold front will move into the

area late Thu night before dissipating across the waters Fri.

Another cold front will move into the waters Sun night into Mon,

then dissipate Mon night.
