.SYNOPSIS...A cold front will continue to move S through the

central and southern waters today, then exit S of the area

tonight. A trough along the California coast will persist tonight

through Fri night. High pressure will build into the NW waters

today, then slowly shift S and remain through Fri night. A cold

front will move into the northern waters Fri night and stall

later Fri night ahead of another approaching cold front. The

NAVTEX transmitter in Cambria is partially degraded at this time.

Technicians are aware, and are working on a resolution.
