.SYNOPSIS...A weak trough will persist along the California coast

through Tue night, strengthen Wed into Wed night, then persist

through Thu night. A cold front will move into the northern

waters Tue, cross into the central waters Tue night into Wed

before dissipating Wed night. High pressure will build into the

NW portion tonight and Mon. The ridge axis will shift into the

central portion Mon night, then weaken Tue into Tue night as the

cold front approaches.
