.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will build E into the waters today and

will then persist through Thu. A coastal trough will expand N to

the Oregon coast today persisting into tonight, then weakening

Tue before persisting through Fri night. Also a cold front will

approach the outer N and central waters from the W Thu night and

pass over the N waters Fri or Fri night.
