.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will persist across the waters today

through Thu. A coastal trough will expand N to the Oregon coast

today persisting into tonight, then weaken Tue before persisting

through Fri night. Also, a cold front will approach the outer N

and central waters from the W Thu and Thu night, then pass over

the N waters Fri into Fri night.
