England.

more than twice the significant wave height.



Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.



.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure will build from

N to S over the waters through Tue, then lift N Tue night. Low

pressure will develop S of the area Tue, then pass well E of the

region and into the N Atlantic Tue night into Wed. Another high

pressure ridge will build briefly over the waters Wed and Wed

night, then shift NE Thu. A broad, strengthening low pressure

area will approach from the SW Thu, track NE along the coast or

just inland Thu night into Fri, then clear N of the waters Fri

night.
