Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms. .SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Low pressure along the New Jersey coast will lift NE across southern New England tonight, then across the Gulf of Maine on Sat. A stationary front extending E from the low to near Georges Bank will persist into Sat morning. The low will then pull a cold front E across the area tonight into Sat. A secondary cold front will move SE across the waters Sat night and Sun. High pressure will build SE across the waters later Sun into Mon, then shift SE Mon night. A cold front will clip the eastern portions late Mon night. Weak low pressure developing inland over the Mid-Atlantic on Tue will slowly push a warm front NE across the waters Tue night through Wed night.
