.SYNOPSIS...Moderate E to SE winds and moderate seas will occur 

over the regional waters into Mon night. Scattered showers and 

thunderstorms will stream across the region on the far periphery

of Major Hurricane Melissa, farther west over the central 

Caribbean near Jamaica. Looking ahead, expect moderate to fresh 

SE to S winds and slightly higher seas Mon through Wed night as 

Melissa passes well northwest of the region. SE to S winds will

diminish to gentle to moderate speeds Thu morning and to light to

gentle Fri.
