.SYNOPSIS...A frontal boundary, currently located across the

northern Leeward Islands, will continue to promote fresh to 

strong northerly, with higher gusts. In addition, large 

northerly swell will continue to impact the local waters and 

passages through around midweek building seas to 10 to 12 ft.
