.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front extending across the Mona Passage 

SW to NW Colombia will transition back to a cold front today. 

The front will move across the Island, then stall from the 

northern Leeward Islands to the south-central Caribbean this 

evening where it will weaken before dissipating late tonight 

into Wed. Fresh to strong NE winds following the front will 

diminish to moderate to fresh speeds Wed morning, however very 

rough to rough seas will gradually subside through Wed evening. 

Moderate or weaker winds and moderate seas are expected through

Fri evening. Afterward, the passage of a new cold front is

forecast to bring moderate to fresh N to NE winds across the

regional waters Sat and Sat night.
