.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front extending across Puerto Rico SW to

northern Colombia will transition back to a cold front late

tonight into early Tue. The front will then stall from the

northern Leeward Islands to the south-central Caribbean on Tue

evening and will continue to weaken before dissipating Tue night

into Wed. Fresh to strong NE winds following the front will

diminish Wed morning, however very rough to rough seas will

gradually subside through Wed evening. Moderate or weaker winds

and moderate seas are expected the remainder forecast period.
