.SYNOPSIS...Mariners should use caution in and near any strong

thunderstorms, which can produce very gusty winds and very rough

seas. High pressure will persist over much of the waters tonight,

gradually shifting E Thu as weak troughing develops along and

near the coast. The trough continues through Fri, when weak low

pressure should form along the trough off of the SE coast. Low

pressure should then meander off of the SE coast through early

next week, with high pressure starting to build back W late Mon

and Mon night. The low has the potential to organize into a

tropical or subtropical depression by later in the week or over

the weekend. Please monitor the latest information from the

National Hurricane Center.
