.SYNOPSIS...A cold front will move across the northern and

central waters tonight. The associated area of low pressure

centered near Long Island will track to the NE of the area along

coastal New England later tonight into Sat. The cold front will

stall over the southern waters Sat into Mon, with high pressure

building offshore N of the front. The high will shift E and SE

later Mon and Mon night, with the stationary front then beginning

to lift back to the N as a warm front by Mon night. The warm

front will continue N across the southern and central portions

Tue and Tue night, with an associated low pressure moving N and

inland across the Carolinas. A cold front extending S from the

low will move offshore S of Cape Hatteras late Tue night, then

farther E into the waters Wed before weakening Wed night.
