.SYNOPSIS...A low pressure trough across the outer and southern

portions will dissipate tonight. A cold front will approach the

coast later tonight, with low pressure developing along the front

near the New Jersey coast. The low will track to the NE of the

area along coastal New England Fri into Sat, pulling the cold

front across the northern and central portions Fri night into

early Sat. The cold front will stall over the southern waters Sat

into Mon, with high pressure building offshore N of the front.

The high will shift E and SE later Mon and Mon night, with the

stationary front then beginning to lift back to the N as a warm

front by Mon night. The warm front will continue N across the

southern and central portions Tue and Tue night, with an

associated low pressure moving N and inland across the Carolinas.
