.SYNOPSIS...High pressure across the N and central waters will

shift E of the area today into Fri while maintaining a slowly

weakening ridge across the waters. Broad low pressure will

continue to develop SE of the waters today into tonight, then

move slowly off to the E Fri through Sun night. A cold front will

move to the coast late Fri, move offshore Fri night, and then

cross the waters Sat into Sat night before a secondary cold front

moves over the area late Sat night into Sun night. Another ridge

will build E and SE over the S portion later Sun into Sun night,

and persist Mon into Mon night. A series of low pressure troughs

or weak cold fronts will cross the northern and central waters

Sun night into Mon night.
