.SYNOPSIS...A slow-moving cold front will remain along or near

the coast through Thu, with a trough ahead of the front over the

waters tonight into Thu. A weak low will form along the front

over the N waters late Thu and move NE Thu night. The cold front

will finally move through the area late Thu through Fri, stalling

just S of the area Fri night. The front should move back N as a

weak warm front Sat and Sat night as high pressure builds N. High

pressure will shift E Sun and Sun night as another trough

develops over the waters. The trough should linger over the area

through Mon with a cold front approaching from the N Mon night.
