.Synopsis for Marianas Waters...

High pressure north of the region and a strengthening Tropical

Storm Hagupit to the south-southwest will bring mostly fresh 

trade winds through tonight before easing slightly to moderate to 

fresh Friday. This will maintain combined seas around 7 to 10 

feet through at least Friday afternoon, so the Small Craft 

Advisory has been extended. Additionally, light south-southeast 

swell from TS Hagupit will continue over the next day or so, 

diminishing Saturday as the storm moves farther southwest of the 

Marianas. Trade winds and swell will gradually ease this weekend, 

and combined seas will diminish by several feet through the early 

half of next week.
