.Synopsis for Marianas Waters...

High pressure north of the region and a strengthening Tropical

Storm 05W to the south will bring mostly fresh trade winds 

through this afternoon before easing slightly to moderate to 

fresh. This will maintain combined seas around 9 to 11 feet, and a

Small Craft Advisory remains in effect through this afternoon. 

Additionally, light south-southwest swell will build by a foot or 

two through tonight as 05W strengthens south of the Marianas.
