Marine National Monument east of French Frigate Shoals

of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be more than

twice the significant wave height.

.Synopsis for the Hawaiian offshore waters...

High pressure far northeast of the area will continue to weaken as 

a front stalls north of the area and weakens midweek. A weak ridge

will nose into the north through the latter half of the week

before another front approaches.
