nautical miles including the portion of the Papahanaumokuakea

Marine National Monument east of French Frigate Shoals



Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average height

of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be more than

twice the significant wave height.

.Synopsis for the Hawaiian offshore waters...

Energy passing E of an upper level trough located W of the 

offshore waters will move across the region through Monday. This 

may initiate isolated thunderstorms that will mainly impact the 

central and E waters. High pressure ridging will amplify W of the

area and expand into the far W waters through the end of the 

week.
