.SYNOPSIS FOR THE EASTERN GULF OF ALASKA...

A diminishing low and surface troughing over the panhandle

continue to bring some showers as the low moves southeastward

Wednesday morning. A ridge of high pressure will move in from

the central Gulf during the day. This weak high pressure will

linger over the eastern Gulf and the panhandle through Thursday

bringing drier weather and calmer winds Wednesday night.
