:Solar_Analysis:

Analysis of Solar Active Regions and Activity from 08/2100Z to

09/2100Z: Solar activity has been at low levels for the past 24 hours.

There are currently 4 numbered sunspot regions on the disk.

:Solar_Forecast:

Solar Activity Forecast: Solar activity is expected to be low with

a chance for M-class flares on days one and two (10 May, 11 May) and

expected to be low with a slight chance for an M-class flare on day

three (12 May).

:Geophysical_Activity:

Geophysical Activity Summary 08/2100Z to 09/2100Z: The geomagnetic

field has been at quiet to active levels for the past 24 hours. Solar

wind speed reached a peak of 511 km/s at 09/0323Z. Total IMF reached 9

nT at 09/2021Z. The maximum southward component of Bz reached -9 nT at

09/2021Z.  Electrons greater than 2 MeV at geosynchronous orbit reached

a peak level of 16117 pfu.

Geophysical Activity Forecast: The geomagnetic field is expected

to be at quiet to active levels on days one and two (10 May, 11 May) and

quiet to unsettled levels on day three (12 May).
